Store Policies

WH Hostess sells beautiful paper goods and home accessories, designed by our owner, Kelly Lyden. All designs are copyrighted by WH Hostess and can not be duplicated or altered. Here are some answers to frequently asked questions:

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Northbrook, Illinois via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and distance the package will travel. Due to the current state of affairs, shipping costs have risen substantially and shipping is taking longer than usual. We ask for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. Please reach out to us if you need your order by a certain date.

Are you able to provide me with a digital proof of my invitation?
Unfortunately due to past copyright issues with clients, we no longer offer proofs except for custom designs. Please be very careful with your wording and spelling in your order, as we try to copy and paste your desired text to remove any possible issues.

What is your standard delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 2 weeks. Express shipping is available and is typically less than 1 week, however if you need something faster it is best to e-mail an inquiry first to kelly@whhostess.com.

What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to help resolve the problem. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal or the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We do not currently accept American Express, however you can use it if you process your order thru PayPal.

Will my order be charged sales tax?
Orders shipped within the state of Illinois will be charged 10.25% sales tax.

How can I buy your products for my store?
If you have an eligible reseller's number, you can shop with us three different ways: direct thru our website, through our local sales reps or showrooms (Goetz, Inc. in Dallas and Schauben & Co. in Atlanta), or thru Faire.com.
