Looking for a cute neighbor gift for Fall?! We came up with a delicious snack mix that is perfect for munching on during the big game, adding to a charcuterie board, etc.

Ingredients
Raw Sunflower Seeds
Dried Cranberries
Dried Apricots
Raw Pumpkin Seeds
Roasted Cashews
Roasted Almonds

I mixed the ingredients together in a large bowl and then filled small mason jars for gifts. A big bow and a personalized gift tag made it look extra cute! Really simple to do, healthy foods and a thoughtful gift.
